Welcome + Happy October!
Introducing bread baking babe newsletter plus October content

Welcome to the bread baking babe newsletter. This newsletter has been in the works for quite some time but I wasn’t quite sure what to include. I wanted to make sure that I could provide additional content that had value, rather than just being another email clogging up your inbox with stuff you don’t need.
This newsletter will be published monthly, and include upcoming bakes on the website, helpful tips, spotlight on bakes I’ve tried from other creators, and exclusive content. I’m happy to take reader submissions for content that they might like additional information on, or questions they might need help with that could benefit other bakers.
The goal is to get you baking, and feeling confident. Also, hopefully trying some of my recipes and loving them!
This month on the blog we have some great recipes in a big variety of types and flavors. I didn’t really have any Halloween specific bakes but if you’re looking for some ideas for that I’d recommend my Black Cocoa Brownies which have a marshmallow spider web on top, or my Brown Butter M&M Brownies as leftover Halloween candy could easily be subbed in.
Here’s what’s coming this month:

Brown Bread Rolls - Brown bread, sometimes called chocolate bread is a mix of whole wheat and bread flour, using cocoa and molasses to give the bread a deep color and light sweetness. It might be considered a copycat Cheesecake Factory bread recipe.
Simple Pizza Dough - An easy same day recipe that requires zero kneading and minimal ingredients.
Easy Cookies and Cream Cupcakes - If you are familiar with my Easy Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes than you will recognize the idea behind these. Cupcakes starting with a box mix that will leave people wondering if they are homemade from some simple swaps and additions.
Pumpkin Sugar Cookies - These pumpkin sugar cookies have pumpkin pie spices and puree in the dough, and are almost like a pumpkin snickerdoodle. Chewy and perfect for the fall season.
Chocolate Fluffernutter Pie - A peanut butter pie with whipped marshmallow topping and a chocolate crust. Peanut butter, chocolate and marshmallow are all so good together, plus it’s practically no bake!
Exclusive Recipe

Additionally, subscribers to my newsletter are receiving my Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake recipe which is not available on my site. It’s a great one, so lucky you for being in the know! Get it here:
